What opportunities does Arrowhead Squadron have to offer?

*	Did you just buy a boat and don't know the first thing about handling it or don't use it as much as you'd like?
*	If you are on the water and there is no tree to tie up to, do you REALLY know how to anchor your boat?
*	Would you like to meet lots of very friendly people with whom you can go boating and fishing and have a ripping good time?
*	Would you like to impress the Sheriff with your knowledge of boating safety laws?
*	Would you like to get ten percent off your boat insurance premium every month?

You get all of this and more by taking the Boat Smart course or the Squadron Boating course. You can then keep it rolling by becoming a member of Arrowhead Squadron and have access to the Advanced and Elective courses.

What classes are open to the public?

Periodically, Arrowhead presents the Boat Smart class at various locations in the inland empire. This is a one-day course given on various Saturdays throughout the year. The class is an introduction to boating and to boating safety. Arrowhead also presents the Squadron Boating Course, an eight-week, in-depth course that goes into much more detail than the Boat Smart class. There is also an online equivalent, "America's Boating Course".

What classes are available only to members?

Once you've become a member of Arrowhead, many classes that have to do with increasing your knowledge and skills about boating are available to you.
